Ingredients
- 8 chicken wings, burn off any feathers that there might be on the wings
- 300g canned whole peeled tomatoes, crushed
- extra virgin olive oil, as needed
- 1 tsp hot paprika
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp apple vinegar
- 1 fresh chili pepper, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- salt
Directions
Step 1
Put the wings in a bowl. Add the paprika, honey, and crushed canned whole peeled tomatoes.
Step 2
Add salt, extra virgin olive oil, apple vinegar, chopped chili pepper and crushed garlic. Mix with your hands and cover the wings thoroughly. Cover with clingfilm and leave in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the wings on an ovenproof tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
