Ingredients
- 320g soy noodles
- 80g carrots
- 100g celery (strings removed)
- 20g red peppers
- 30g white onions
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fine salt, to taste
- 400g canned baby datterini (cherry) tomatoes
Directions
Step 1
For the sauce, medium-dice the vegetables (5-6 mm), and fry in a high-sided frying pan. Add the soy sauce, and the canned baby datterini (cherry) tomatoes, and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes.
Step 2
To cook the noodles, soak them in warm water for 30 minutes or according to packet instructions, then drain. Stir everything together and cook for about 5 minutes over high heat, until all the ingredients are combined.
Step 3
Lasty, drizzle with the sesame oil to give the dish its special aroma.
